Questions we get asked
What exactly is a device minute?
One minute of one device or browser running your tests. Ten devices running for six minutes uses sixty device minutes. Interactive sessions count the same way, billed per second.
Do we have to rewrite our existing tests?
No. If your suite runs in Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, XCUITest or Espresso, it runs on TestApps unchanged. Most teams are running their existing suite on our grid the same afternoon.
What if we don't have any tests yet?
That's common, and it's a fine place to start. Managed manual QA gives you coverage from day one while we help you automate the handful of journeys that matter most — usually sign‑up, checkout and one core workflow.
Is there really no per‑seat charge?
None. Invite your whole team, plus contractors and stakeholders. Testing works better when everyone can see the results, and we'd rather not charge you for that.
Can we cancel mid‑term?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period, with no exit fee. Annual plans can be paused for up to three months if a project goes quiet. You can export every report before you go.
